Bed & Breakfast rates are per double room, breakfast included. The Half Board rates are per person per day.

► Late check out (regular check out within 11:00 am): € 35,00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
► The reservations that will not be validated by credit of deposit within 3 days from receipt of confirmation, will be automatically canceled.
► In case of cancellation of the booking 14 days ahead of the check-in, there won’t be any penalty applied. After that time frame, the deposit will be kept as penalty.
► In case of early departure the guest will pay not only for the cost of the services used, but he will also pay for the cost of the room for the remaining period, to a maximum of three days.
► In order to cancel or modify a booking, a written communication sent either trough fax or email is required.
Check-in: starting from 2pm to 6pm;
Check-out: by 11am;
Reception (structure open to the public) from 9am till 6pm;
No Night watchman service.
